Octavio Peña — Project Manager, Founder/Owner
Growing up from Conway, Arkansas (GO Wampus Cats!) Brush & Pride Painting Company LLC was the dream of our founder, Octavio Peña. As a goal driven entrepreneur and also an experienced painter, Octavio takes pride in the quality of his work.
As Project Manager, Peña manages our painting crews, builds our teams, creates culture through his leadership, and over sees the quality and completion of projects.
An avid dog lover who enjoys potting plants and watching them struggle. He is also skilled in working with stained glass. You may also see him painting at your project site.
C. J. Ellis — Contractor, Business Manager, Owner
Growing up from Jacksonville, Arkansas (GO Red Devils!) C. J. Ellis joined Brush & Pride with a diverse skill set as an experienced backdrop painter for theatrical productions, interior designer, muralist, and artist.
As Business Manager and Contractor, C. J. manages both residential and commercial project logistics. With earnest communication and gentle charm, he guides clients through each project.
If not chasing dogs for a flip flop, he enjoys drawing and painting as hobbies, as well as reading science fiction and playing video games. You may also see him painting at your project site.
