What is the One-Time Two-Year Touch-Up Policy?

Within the first two years after we complete your painting project, you are entitled to a one-time touch-up service at no additional cost. This service is designed to address any minor issues that might arise after the initial work is done. Whether it’s a scuff, a small area of peeling, or other minor imperfections, we’ll take care of it for you.

How Does It Work?

1. Time Frame: Anytime within the first two years after your project is completed, you can request a touch-up. Just give us a call, and we’ll schedule a convenient time to come out and make sure everything is still in top shape.

2. What’s Covered: The touch-up covers minor issues in the areas we originally painted. This includes touch-ups due to normal wear and tear but excludes damage caused by external factors such as water damage, structural issues, or excessive impact.

3. One-Time Service: Please note that this touch-up service is a one-time offering during the two-year period. It’s our way of ensuring that the quality of our work meets your expectations long after the initial project is completed.

4. Scheduling: Simply reach out to our customer support team within the two-year period, and we’ll work with you to find a suitable time for the touch-up.

What Happens After Two Years?

After the initial two years, your lifetime warranty continues to protect you against significant issues like peeling or cracking of the paint due to improper application. For any touch-ups or additional services beyond the two-year period, we are always happy to provide those for an additional fee.
