This warranty guarantees that our workmanship will stand the test of time under normal wear and tear conditions.
Coverage Includes:
- Failure of Paint or Application
- Peeling or blistering of the paint.
- Cracking or splitting due to workmanship.
- Any defects in the application of paint or refinishing materials.
5-Year Touch-Up Service Program:
To ensure the longevity and appearance of your kitchen cabinets, Brush & Pride Painting offers a complimentary touch-up service within the first 5 years of the original work. This service includes minor touch-ups to address normal wear and tear and maintain the aesthetic quality of your cabinets.
Warranty Exclusions* While Brush & Pride Painting stands by the quality of our work, certain conditions are beyond our control and are therefore excluded from this warranty. Exclusions Include: 1. Damage Due to Misuse or Abuse: Any damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect. Physical damage caused by sharp objects, impacts, or other unusual forces. 2. Environmental Factors: Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or moisture. Issues arising from prolonged exposure to sunlight or other natural elements. 3. Improper Maintenance: Damage resulting from the use of harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning agents. Any modifications or repairs not performed by Brush & Pride Painting. 4. Structural Changes: Damage resulting from structural alterations to the property or cabinets. Changes to the cabinetry that affect the paint or refinishing work. 5. Normal Wear and Tear Beyond Touch-Up Period: Normal aging and gradual deterioration beyond the scope of the 5-year touch-up service. Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect the functionality of the cabinets. 6. Acts of Nature: Any damage caused by natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, or severe storms.

5-Year Exterior Painting Warranty
Brush & Pride Painting guarantees that our exterior painting services will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of completion. Should any issues arise due to poor workmanship, we will correct the problem at no cost to the property owner. Additionally, our exterior painting services include a two (2) year warranty for exterior staining.
Warranty Exclusions* for Exterior Painting: 1. Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including, but not limited to, fading, chalking, and natural weathering. 2. Structural Movement: Any damage caused by structural movement, including settling, shifting, or expansion/contraction of the building or substrate. 3. Moisture Damage: Damage caused by moisture, such as leaks, condensation, or water infiltration from sources like gutters, downspouts, and roofing. 4. Surface Preparation Issues: Pre-existing conditions or previously applied coatings that were not visible at the time of painting. 5. Acts of Nature: Damage caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, floods, and extreme weather conditions. 6. 2 Year Exterior Stain Warranty
Two Year Warranty
Brush and Pride Painting Company LLC (Brush & Pride) guarantees that our exterior staining services will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of five (2) years from the date of completion. Should any issues arise due to poor workmanship, we will correct the problem at no cost to the property owner.
Two Year Warranty Exclusions:
1. Damage resulting from natural disasters, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, and fires. 2. Wear and tear resulting from normal usage and exposure to environmental elements, such as sunlight, moisture, or extreme temperatures. 3. Damage caused by improper handling, accidents, or misuse of the painted surfaces by the client or any third party. 4. Any modifications or alterations made to the painted surfaces by individuals other than the original painting contractor without prior approval. 5. Issues arising from the use of low-quality or client-provided materials not recommended by the painting contractor. 6. Damages resulting from structural issues or instability within the building that affect the painted surfaces. 7. Any damages or defects that occur beyond the two-year warranty period. 8. Issues arising from lack of proper maintenance and care of the painted surfaces by the client, including failure to follow maintenance instructions provided by the painting contractor.
